I have never had an electric fillet knife before but thought it would be handy in the kitchen for cutting not only fish but also rotisserie chicken.This electric fillet knife comes in a case and this set includes two blades, one lithium battery, wall charger and manual.The main unit is bigger than expected and measures about 8.5 inches with the battery attached. There is some weight to it but is not heavy. It is mostly made of plastic with the handle being a softer rubber material that provides good grip. There is a plastic smell to it but its fairly slight. The quality is okay though the LED panel on the battery looks a bit cheap.Attaching the blades and removing them is quite simple. Operating it is simple as well since there is only one (power) button required. This button must be pressed for the knife to operate and stops when it is not being pressed, so that makes it safer. I like that there is safety lock on it as well.I had no issues slicing fish or rotisserie chicken. I was able to slice very thin slices as well. This definitely makes it easier than doing it manually. Cleaning the blades is not too difficult either.Overall, I find this easy to use and works well. At the time of review, this is $139.99, and does seem a bit pricey.

Prefect gift for the fisher dad or the meat guy. Easy to use and easy to store, its really a nice gift to give or to get for yourself. The saw itself is not so heavy and well balanced, making it easy to use for a long period of time. The battery hold a nice charge and is detachable so its easier to recharge. The blade easily cuts through fresh meat so using it in the kitchen or at the lake is a breeze.
