Ma première impression au déballage était la taille de la caméra (10,2cm x 3.8 x 3.8 ) qui n'est pas compact, mais raisonnable. Le poids de la caméra seule est de 110g. Avec l'attache sur la tige de selle, 140g.5 modes de lumière rouge : fixe intense, fixe moins intense, 3 modes de clignotement. En mode lumière éteinte, la lumière va se mettre à clignoter lorsque la caméra est dans l'obscurité et se couper ensuite lorsque la luminosité est suffisante.Point de vue stockage, pour ma part j'ai opté pour une carte microSD 64Go V30. Avec cette taille, vous pouvez enregistrer 14h de vidéos. (fichier de 385Mo pour 5 mn d'enregistrement en 1080p ou en 720p). les transitions en chaque vidéo MP4 sont instantanés. L'enregistrement commence dès la mise sous tension de la caméra (lumière bleue clignotante). Optez pour une carte inférieure à 32Go, c'est risquer de se faire effacer les anciens enregistrements par des nouveaux.Autonomie :Elle est équipée d'un statut d'autonomie de batterie qui s'allume au toucher avec 4 leds rouges pour un chargement complet.Après 2h15 d'utilisation il restait 2 leds rouges, il faut donc compter env 5 heures d'autonomie sachant que le wifi de la caméra n'était pas coupé. Les 6 heures annoncées sont donc là.Paramètres :Les paramètres de la caméra sont modifiables via l'application Viidure (voir image jointe).Qualité :Lecture des plaques d'immatriculations sans problème, la qualité est là.Le bruit de roulement à la lecture des vidéos est supportable, il ne l'était pas du tout sur mes anciennes caméras.Je suis ravi de cet achat, il suffit de clipser la caméra à l'attache de tige de selle, l'allumer et c'est parti pour un enregistrement d'environ 6 heures.

This camera improves road safety and makes me feel more secure and confident in traffic.It allows me to check what’s behind me without looking back, and the images are clear and in real time.Connectivity seems solid, and so far I’ve not experienced any drops. The Viidure app is pretty straightforward, easy to navigate and simple to connect to and use.Battery life will be ideal for me as a weekend cyclist lasting a full day out and I’ve not yet received a notification to say it needs recharging.I found it simple to fit, and it locks into place with a twist and is easy to remove and take it away with me.It’s compact, not overly bulky and lightweight.The tail light is smart and will activate in low light and has several light patterns to choose from which gives me the option to extend the battery life on longer rides, and recording time is around the five hours advertised.In the event of collision it will mark and lock the video which I hope I never need but which gives great peace of mind.It arrives with a clear manual, an adjustable mount and accessories and a card reader. You will need to provide a SD card.Although I can’t speak to longevity it is performing well. It’s ideal for both cyclists and mobility scooters. Obviously how and where you choose to ride will have an effect on its performance.I found when compared that the Garsent has a more convenient USB-C charge port whereas the branded version has a Micro USB. In addition the Garsent has a much more robust and secure mount and has more lighting options.My branded camera has a tendency to pick up vehicles that then disappear and may reappear as radar is a fickle friend and unreliable at times, depending on speed, bends, and location of traffic so it can be unpredictable at times.Plus the Garsent is much cheaper than the branded version.There is a lot to be said for choosing this camera and I hope you find my review helpful.
