Nothing sticks to this. Nothing! I can make pancakes without any oil or butter on the skillet or in the pancake mix and the pancakes never stick. I’ve cooked chicken breasts and hamburgers and everything cooks evenly without sticking. Love this skillet. Heats quickly on medium high heat (propane burners) and maintains a nice even heat from edge to edge without hot spots. Easy to clean but it needs to be cool before putting water on it or it might warp. I keep it in a camping griddle bag that zips around the skillet and allows the handle to stick out. The bag is made for a round skillet, but it works fine with this square skillet and keeps the non-stick finish from being scratched by other items in the cabinet. Expensive but worth the price.

This is like grilling on the stove! It sears meat really well, leaving fantastic burn marks on steaks. I was amazed at how well it does its job, even on medium heat! I highly recommend this grill pan.

This is one of the best pans I have ever purchased. It's cooks thoroughly and is very easy to clean!
