I used this as a trigger for homemade spot welder. The design had enough power because before I got the trigger(Relay) I was occasionally burning holes in the nickel plating. With the relay in place and doing its job, I found the power output diminished considerably. Possibly losing in th e relay design or I may have inadvertently change something in the rest of the set up. Had I been using this as a starter relay like it's designed for, I doubt there would be any issues.
