I wish I’d read the reviews before purchasing.The handle detached on the 11th time of use. This resulted in my wife’s feet being covered in boiling coffee, and the flask smashing all over the kitchen floor.The handle is glued to the flask, and the bond doesn’t last long.

I bought this because of the stylish design. However, after four or five uses the glass handle came detached from the jug while using it. It appears to be glued on with pads of glue and not part of the jug. It had been very carefully hand washed and kept in its box. I would NOT recommend buying it. I have asked the seller for a refund. Will update!Seller Ozaroo responded quickly and will issue refund on return of handleless cafetière. Had to pay postage as only just out of return window annoyingly but at least I’ll get something back for this terrible product. La Cafetière have some explaining to do!
