500 shoe protectors are more than enough for most. I am currently in the middle of a house renovation and have recently completed my new wood flooring downstairs so as many trades continue to tread through the house I thought it wise to have these shoe covers to protect the new floor. I cannot complain about the quantity received and they stretch accordingly to cover any shoe size (practical/convenient). The only slight inconvenience is that I was expecting that they’d come with a dispenser’ or container of some kind but no - they’re just all contained loosely inside a plastic bag so once you open this packaging you have 500 loose shoe covers which isn’t ideal as that is a lot to store somewhere.Overall, happy with them just wish they came with a dispenser of some kind for storage and ease to get one at a time for convenience.

These AzurUK reusable, disposable shoe covers arrived in a large plastic bag containing 250 pairs. They take a very small sized foot but do stretch well; I take a size 11 shoe and they also fit. Being quite strong they haven’t torn whilst walking around the garden or on our tarmac driveway so they really are reusable. They’re ideal for covering your shoes when going out in the garden when it’s muddy or raining so we leave several pairs by the back door for any of the family to use, which helps keep the kitchen floor clean. Our daughter is also sharing these with her family of four for garden and dog walks so it’s surprising how quickly what seems like a lot of pairs quickly disappear. At £24.99 each pair costs just under 10 pence for what is a very useful item that keeps the mud, rain and dust out of the house - recommended.

We have laminate flooring throughout our house and on rainy days we have to take our shoes or boots off at the door to avoid trailing wet, and sometimes dirty footprints throughout the house. Similarly, when we have workmen in to do any jobs we don't feel we can ask them to take their boots off so we just suck it up and mop after them. This will stop all that as I won't mind asking them to slip these on over their footwear and we too can slip them on until we are able to change into our slippers. At just £24.99 for 250 pairs at time of review, I feel is good value for money!

First impressions of these are OK. The marketing materials claim they’re three times thicker than standard shoe covers. To be honest, they already look quite thin to me, so I’ve no idea what a ‘standard’ one looks like!I’ve tested them over various shoes and trainers, and they fit fairly well and stay in place. Essentially, these are little more than plastic bags with a very thin elastic thread sewn around the top edge. That said, although the material appears flimsy, it’s actually proven to be tougher than it looks. I’ve got quite a few tradespeople coming in and out of the house at the moment, so these will probably come in handy—if I can convince them to put them on.All in all, they’re of reasonable quality, and you get a decent quantity, although the price isn’t particularly competitive at the time of writing. Would I recommend them? Based on price – probably not. Based on quality and durability – maybe. I can’t compare them with the so-called standard version, so I’ll remain a bit sceptical about the manufacturer’s claims until I can verify them myself. For now, though, they seem to do the job and haven’t torn yet.
