Lots of challenging alto music to delve into. Love it!!! I only wish it had a spiral binding. I think I'll take it to a copy store to see if they can put a spiral on it.

Starts with easy straight forward tunes and progresses through the book quite quickly.Plenty to keep you going . Orobably grade 4/ 5 standard on the whole but there us also enough to keep more advanced players busy. A good buy.

This is a great collection of music for the alto. It includes the complete Bird Fancier's Delight, the recorder part for the Second Brandenburg, and lots and lots of great music from the 13th to 21st centuries. No doubt it will keep most amateurs busy for a good long while. I would say it is very good value. I do recommend having it coil bound for ease of use; it only costs a few dollars and really helps the music lie flat on the stand.

Diese Sammlung erfüllt alle Wünsche eines Blockflötisten. Man könnte es als tägliches "Brevier" bezeichnen, um damit die Technik, Musikalität, Artikulation usw. zu pflegen. Der unterschiedliche Schwierigkeitsgrad ist von Vorteil, da es sowohl für Schüler als Übungsmaterial, für Fortgeschrittene als Repertoireerweiterung und selbst für Profis als konzertante Literatur seine Intension und Aufgabe erfüllt. Der übersichtliche Notensatz und die überlegte Zusammenstellung laden ein zum Flötenspiel: daher ist auch die pädagogische Absicht der Autorin bestens gelungen. Dieses Buch kann man uneingeschränkt empfehlen!

Ich habe vor ungefähr einem Jahr mit der Altblockflöte angefangen und dieses Solobuch ist einfach perfekt für mich. Die Auswahl der Stücke ist wunderbar. Jedes Stück macht Spaß zu spielen und keines ist zu schwer arrangiert, sodass man eigentlich nie entmutigt wird. Die Stücke sind nicht nach Schwierigkeit sortiert, was ich aber schön finde, weil man so mehr Abwechslung zwischen schweren und leichten Stücken hat. Jedoch sind die besonders leichten vorne im Inhaltsverzeichnis markiert, sodass man auch als Anfänger gut zurecht kommt und später auch die schwereren spielen kann. Im Anhang findet sich außerdem eine Triller-Grifftabelle.Ich spiele fast täglich aus diesem Notenbuch und habe mittlerweile schon zweimal wieder von vorne angefangen!
