It was suggested I order a seem guide to assist me while learning machine sewing. Unfortunately, as well as accurate as the description is , I have don’t have any idea if I’m using them correctly.

These work as stated and have a nice strong magnet in them so they have stayed put for me. I have a treadle sewing machine with no markings or measurements on the top so these are a real bonus.You get two, which is great as you can use both on one machine if you are folding a narrow strip of fabric over and then sewing it to make ties. This way you can adjust the placement of them to guide the fabric through. Or if you have two older machines as I do, you can use one on your second machine.
