Purchased these because my Samsung had given me moisture warnings from working with my phone in my front pocket in high humidity. After using these for a while I've not gotten one warning about moisture in my charging port.

The usb-c protector/cover is made of plastic ( i think) and fits snuggly in your device's usb-c port. It works better with cases that are bulky so there is no overhang and the protector would look morr flush. They have included mini lanyards so you could either use it to pull the protector/cover off easier or it can double as a lanyard to add small trinkets. I would advice you not to think of using the lanyard attached to the protector/cover as a string to hold on to your phone coz it is not strong enough long term to hold the weight of your phone and it will drop. There's also a brush to help you clean your phone before sealing it up with the protector/cover. I prefer having the cover on my iphone because I don't use the port as much. I usually charge my phone wirelessly, and also just connect it to bluetooth or wifi for other connections so there's no need for the usb-c port to be exposed until I back up my data. Using it is pretty easy. Just plug it, and forget about it. You also don't need the lanyard to pull out the cover/protector, you can pulll it by the built-in handle.

Das gibt mir ein gutes Gefühl, da ich mir keine Sorgen mehr um Ladefehler machen muss. Die Lanyards sind ein nettes Extra, auch wenn ich sie persönlich nicht ständig nutze. Die Reinigungsbürste ist aber sehr praktisch, um den Anschluss bei Bedarf doch einmal zu säubern.Alles in allem ein Produkt das hält, was es verspricht.

Exactly what I needed. They make me a little nervous as I really have to push on these things to get them in place, I hope I am not bending pins inside my device while I do this. The strings are great, as these things are super tiny and hard to get a grip of otherwise. Be careful to not leave them laying around if you have small children or pets, they are choking hazards.
