Been wearing various models of the Excursion GTX since 2016. I wear them year round for hiking including in a Canadian prairie winter. Keep my feet warm/cool & dry, good traction, very comfortable. We hike 30 kms./week and I get good life out of the shoe. Fit true to size. I have never had a size issue although I have read some reviews about sizing issues. What I can tell you is these shoes fit exactly the same as the TR12. Great shoe will continue to buy and wear.

This shoe is comfortable, true to size, and has Gortex to keep the wet out! Highly recommend it.

Good overall. Sturdy and waterproof but almost slipped when running on asphalt. Not adequate for road running at all. Good for trails.
