This is a good qualiy steel pan which will last for a very long time. I seasoned it before the first use and it performs like any other non-stick baking pan.You do need to keep it dry to keep the rust away (just put it in the cooling oven after rinsing/wiping) and the edges are quite sharp so be careful when washing it.

intanto attenzione! per pulirle e oliarle ci si taglia di brutto. Sangue !Poi dopo un po di usi si riempiono di ruggine. Da scartare. Ci sono prodotti in ferro alluminato molto migliori a prezzi inferiori

Received this item today have not used it as of yet but the overall finish of the tin and lid is unbelievable. I would not mind if it’s price was not so high.Rough unfinished edges that you could easily cut yourself on, now before I have the pleasure of using it I have the pleasure of sanding them down, and I can tell just by looking at it the metal is going to corrode not too soon down the line. Avoid at all cost, Maybe they sent me a fake Chinese copy of what should be a good tin. Who knows ?. Did my first loaf today 5th May and will not be using the tin again the non stick coating is anything but, as it is near impossible to get the bread out of the tin. Going back to making bread loose and I don’t care if it’s not square, as the tin is about as much use a box of headless thumb tacks.

Costo molto elevato. E va bene lo sapevo. Purtroppo, pur costando abbastanza, mi è arrivato un prodotto con il coperchio tutto graffiato e il fondo ammaccato. Peccato

This is a little pricy but worth it.

I just got it today. I got few cuts from it just tried to oil treat before first time use. It also shown a lot of rusty spots. I am going to return it tomorrow.
