Despite previous good experience with this brand, unfortunately the Otterbox Symmetry case is a massive let down. It lasted just a bit over 3 months, when the silicone rim started to stretch out and separate from the hard back cover. From day one, I have had issues with the Magsafe magnets being too tight fit inside the case and constantly protruding / popping out, scratching the back of my phone. Definitely a big drop in quality compared to what this brand used to be.

For an otterbox, this case is so cute! The colour is adorable. I bought this case when I bought my Iphone 15 pro max. I have dropped this phone multiple times since then and the only damage to the case is the tiniest little scuff mark on the top left part of the case. Literally the smallest mark. This case also features a magsafe charging which I can't vouch for as I don't use it but I know that is an enticing feature for many people. Again, I don't use it but the bottom little line of the magsafe (at the bottom of the circle), keeps sticking to my phone when I take my case off instead of keeping glued into the case. That doesn't bother me whatsoever but some people may be bothered by this, and it may affect the Magsafe, but again I am not sure.
