Buscaba un rallador de calidad y que rallase extra fino. Este sin duda ha cumplido con mis expectativas.El rallador es de acero inoxidable con muy buenos acabados y muy afilado. El mango es de silicona que no se escurre y muy ergonómico. En la parte que se apoya al rallar trae una pieza de silicona para evitar que se deslice. Uno de los detalles que más me ha gustado es el protector que trae para guardarlo, que deja a salvo la parte de las cuchillas evitando que ralles algo o que se estropeen con las cosas que puedas tener en el cajón que lo guardes. Es muy fácil de lavar.El rallado es muy fino y requiere muy poca fuerza por lo bien afilado que está. Deja muy fino chocolate, lima, zanahoria, remolacha, queso, tomate... En casa nos encanta como deja el queso para la pasta o el tomate para las tostadas.Estamos encantados con este producto, todo un acierto. 100% recomendable.

Arrivata come sempre in breve tempo. E' molto affilata, taglia meglio di una mia vecchia ben più dispendiosa grattugia dello stesso tipo. Molto consigliata

L'oggetto è bello da vedere e da impugnare, ma soprattutto funzione bene in quanto la superficie sulla quale grattare è rigida e non si flette neanche con una pressione più energica della mano.
