Ich war mir bei der Größe unschlüssig, da unsere "Maus" jetzt nicht gerade ein großer Hund ist - Langhaarschäfermix, also doch kleiner als ein Golden Retriever und trotzdem war 4XL rein von den Maßen her passend, auch wenn ich dachte, dass sie darin verloren geht.Aber nein - es passt ihr perfekt!Die ersten Regenspaziergänge hat das Mäntelchen schon überstanden und dabei geglänzt.Hervorzuheben ist hierbei, dass sich die Köpfe dahinter wirklich Gedanken gemacht haben punkto Design und Nutzung, denn unser Mädl trägt Geschirr und Halsband, wird aber nur am Geschirr geführt, was hier kein Problem ist.Außerdem bleibt der Großteil des Hundes trocken, denn bei vielen Regenmänteln ist er Bauch frei, hier glücklicherweise nicht und die Kapuze ist toll, damit es ihr bei Sturm nicht in die Ohren bläst - die nächste Farbe ist bereits bestellt :).

I bought the 2xl as the size fits my whippet the best. It is still a but loose but it's a really good size for her neck and back as there are adjustable ties that shortens the back length and tightens around the neck/head to keep her dry. The clips underneath for the belly bit are also adjustable and there is a pocket/2 holes for a harness or collar but the one with buttons can be used to carry some things. This is coat log enough to cover her aides and bum to keep her very dry and she has had so many compliments on how lovely and convenient it looks. Especially from cocker spaniel owners (because they love the mud) 😂

My Bully Bulldog Akita mix was very unamused with me when I tried this on her. Ignore her judgey adorable face. I was squealing and gushing over how cute she looked. Meanwhile, it fit her long, deep chested barrel body well. She has thick double coated Akita fur, and Bulldog hanging skin, especially after losing 20 lbs after we rescued her.. She was obese when we got her. But this coat's neckline fit her!! I saw the Bully breed wearing this and knew it was for her. It goes with her pink collar and flowers. It fits comfortably and stays put with a good shake, IF you use the leg straps. Without them, it becomes a ridiculous cape, bib, or assymetrical dress. She won't wear the hood over her ears, but that's ok. If she wants them wet, that's on her. We used this on a week of super rainy walks. Like windy pouring storms.. She usually hates the rain, and will resort to peeing and pooping on my bathroom rugs. So this coat was the answer! She was running FULL speed in the rain, happily bouncing on our walk. It's a bit tough to secure the harness feature since the clasps are covered by the fabric. You have to reach in the flaps to find them, pull them out, and THEN clip it together. With a wiggly, excited, dog, who doesn't wear a harness often, it takes some time. By the end of the rainy week, she finally chilled out and cooperated. But this coat is extremely well made. It has a lot of features that make it extremely functional. It fits like its tailored and keeps the majority of her body dry. If only a human coat fit so well, was this fabric, and had so many features! I got a bigger size than her weight because her mixed breed makes her chest massive. Fits great! She's 65-70 lbs, short, stocky, and wide. Her upper body is much bigger than her hips and waist, with wide shoulders. Great, strong dog, not great for clothes fitting! I'd highly recommend this coat. Price seems high for a dog, but the quality and functionality is incredible. 👏I also got the matching shoes.. yes. I'm THAT person. Which were also incredibly well made too. Only problem is that her Bulldog front paws and Bully back paws made them impossible to keep on. I got a larger size to fit her wide webbed front paws, but her dainty back paws were swimming in them, making them slide off. They were a no go but if you have a dog with the same size paws, I'd highly recommend those as well.

Je l'ai acheté pour remplacer l'ancien de ma chienne, une croisée border collie/labrador de 28 kg car il commençait à devenir trop étroit. Celui-ci est vraiment facile à mettre, les sangles aux pattes arrière ne l'ont pas du tout gênée et testé ce jour par vent fort et pluie le manteau reste bien en place et protège la chienne. La capuche se place facilement au niveau du cou si comme moi, votre chien n'aime pas avoir la tête couverte. Les finitions du manteau sont très soignées et l'ouverture pour passer la laisse est bien conçue, un top pour moi !
