I chose the pack with a variety of different sanding grits, and from the pack it looks like there are about 5 - 10 of each grit. The sandpaper works very well with a radial sander that is 9 inches in size. It attaches to my tool easily and is also easily taken off and swapped out.

I use a lot of sanding discs and am always trying out different brands, so when I spotted this mulit grit pack I figured I'd give it a go.I ordered the discs to use on my drywall sander rather than my wood sanders so was curious to see whether there would be much of a differnce in performance on different materials: spoiler alert there is no appreciable difference between these and other budget priced discs I've tried. When it comes to generic lower priced discs, I have found that there isnt a huge difference between brands and these ones are no different. They cut well and so long as you have a decent extraction they leave a very nice finiush - plaster is obvioulsy a lot softer than wood and on this they work extremely well across the range of grits. The 40 grit are probably a little to aggressive for all but the most uneven of walls but for evening out less than perfect joints between boards and patches they are ideal as the remove a lot of material quickly. Across the rest of the range, they perform much in the same way as they do on wood albeit a lot more quickly. If anything these discs are a little thinner than is standard, but thats more down to the backing paper doesnt really affect performance in any particularly adverse way though. The holes match up perfectly to the extraction ports on the platte of my sander which aids extraction well.I like the selection of grits even the 40 grit is useful at times and the rest make pretty quick work of getting uneven walls nice and flat for us non plasterers. At £22 for 50 discs I'd say the price is pretty good so all in they are a reasonable set of discs at a reasonable price.

After recently picking up a drywall sander, I thought I’d pick up this pack of 50 sanding discs from Meccion to go with it.In the pack you get 50 discs in total with a selection of 5 different grits, (40, 80. 120. 180 and 240), with each having an Aluminium oxide abrasive surface that is bonded to a fabric reinforced board. The rear of the discs have a very fine loop design that attaches quickly and easily to the hooked pads found on sanders. The discs are 225mm (10 inch) in diameter and have the standard 10 hole cut out design to help with dust extraction, which also helps to stop the paper from clogging up.***** In The Box *****50 x Sanding Discs (10 of each grit)***** Conclusion *****There isn’t too much you can say about sand paper and I’ve not yet had the need to use the discs, but they feel quite strong (you don’t get the feeling they will immediately rip) and when placed on the pad of my sander, they stick nice and firmly in place.I like that you get a good selection of different grits, ranging from the very coarse 40 grit that is great for really quickly removing material, up to the much finer 240 grit that is better suited for light polishing and removal of fine scratches.I think the current asking price of £18.99 is pretty average and offers reasonable value for money.

This is a nice assortment (40,80,120,180,240) of grit discs for wall sanders. Used a couple on various projects including plaster (180-240) and paint stripping from wood (80-120) and very pleased with the results. Discs stick well to the sander and don’t easily break even on the roughest surfaces.
